Information collected from orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of BenWorth Inc. Email addresses collected from Contest entries, requests for info such as news letters, and from orders may be used to contact you via Email only for marketing purposes, and you may opt out of being on any of our lists by sending a request to be removed and the Email to be removed to webmaster@beachinlineskates.com. Address and telephone info provided by you when ordering our products will be used only to process your order in accordance with all applicable laws governing Internet sales. We reserve the right to contact all who order on our site by telephone to verify validity of that order. We do not release telephone numbers to third parties and do not telemarket with this info.

Credit card details

Credit card data is used solely for completion of orders and is retained according to the terms of the various credit card processors. We do not release this information to third parties unless required to by law.

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Ben Worth stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
