Price Guarantee  

Beach Inline Skates always strives to supply the very best products at prices that scare the competition.  Our policy is that we will beat any competitor’s price on identical in-stock products, so shop wisely and call us last.  You will always get the best price from us on in-stock merchandise.  Post sale refunds are not included in our price guarantee.  Unfortunately, if you find one of our products advertised for less, we will not be able to offer a refund after the sale was completed and shipped.   That’s why we say, “call us last”.  

Return Policy

We will be as fair as possible in our return policies.  Merchandise purchased within 30 days is returnable if it is unused, in the original package and in new condition for your choice of 1) store credit  2) equal exchange or 3) refund less 15% restocking fee.  Items purchased from October 1 to December 24 can be returned up to January 31 to accommodate early holiday shoppers.  In any of the three choices, shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded.  Please contact us at 1-877-699-5252 to receive a return authorization (RA) number.  This RA number is mandatory and should be clearly marked on the package.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  All exchanges must be shipped via UPS.

Products returned without a RA from our store will be returned to owner at owner's expense.

Under no circumstances is used product (i.e. product rolled on or walked on in the street or sidewalk) returnable! Please try on products inside and in the case of Heely's skate shoes, do not remove wheel from plastic packaging unless you intend to keep them.

Who are we?

We are the number one skate shop in Miami several times over, as voted by the Miami New Times,.  Beach Inline Skates is our cyberspace name and the name in which we do business on the web.  Our retail store located at 730 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139 has been in business over 10 years and is operated under our corporate name Benworth Inc. D.B.A. Fritz’s Skate, Bike, & Surf Shop.   
Our store has been serving the residents and visitors of South Florida for over 15 years and we were the first store of our kind when opened in 1989.  Without exception, we carry the largest selection of Aggressive and Recreational inline skates and accessories from all of the top manufacturers.  In addition, we carry a large selection of skateboards, bicycles, and all related accessories.  We are open 10AM - 10PM EST 7 days/week 365 days/year.  We never close for our customers, and many times you can find us here late into the night.  So if you're an insomniac or workaholic like us give a call.  Check us out, we like to think of ourselves as skaters helping skaters.  Roll on.

Our Commitment

We always strive to stock the best products from the top manufactures in the industry.  We spend many sleepless nights checking our inventory and making sure we don’t run out of the stuff our customers want.  However, we are dependent on others and sometimes items are unavailable no matter how hard we try to get them.  If an item is out of stock, or we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours we will notify you with the unfortunate news.  We hate telling folks “we don’t have it”, so we will always strive to offer an alternate product to meet your needs and budget.  With a stock as large as ours, we can usually find a suitable alternate. 

Call in and Mail Orders

If you prefer to place your order with someone who has a pulse rather than through a machine, please feel free to call us at 1-877-699-5252.  We’d love to talk to you and will give you the personal assistance you need to choose the right products. You may also place your order by mail by printing your buy screen with the items you want, totaled with shipping and enclose a money order made payable to Benworth Inc.  You can mail your order to: Benworth Inc. 730 Lincoln Road Miami Beach, FL 33139.  Payment by money order will insure immediate shipment upon receipt of the money order.  If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will return your money order immediately.  Please include all necessary contact information including a day-time phone number. Personal checks are not an accepted form of payment.

Credit Cards

Credit card processing on our site is the safest possible on the internet.  For your added security, we use 128bit SSL encryption.  Your browser will have a “pad lock” Icon or a “key” icon at the bottom of the screen.  When a secure connection is made, the lock will appear closed or the key will appear in one piece.  If you do not see this icon, your browser may not support this advanced level secure connection.  Our credit card processing is the safest possible today.  However, if you prefer not to use our online store, and would like to pay with a credit card verbally, please call us at 1-877-699-5252 10AM - 10PM EST, every day.
   Whether your order is processed on line or verbally, your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.  Your charge will be the total of the item(s), shipping and tax (Only applicable to orders shipped in Florida). There are absolutely no other extra charges imposed.

Delivery
All orders except US Military APO addresses and Canadian orders are shipped Ground Service UPS.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. The shipping generally runs between $8.00 and $15.00 for skates and $6.00 and $10.00 for smaller items such as pads and bearings. The methods you may choose from will display the cost on the order form before your order is finalized. Pick the one and cost that suits you such as overnight, or regular ground service which take about 4-7 business days depending upon location. Florida orders will take about 2-3 business days in most cases.  Canada orders take 6-8 business days.
