All orders except US Military APO addresses are shipped Ground Service UPS.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. The shipping generally runs between $8.00 and $15.00 for skates and $6.00 and $10.00 for smaller items such as pads and bearings. The methods you may choose from will display the cost on the order form before your order is finalized. Pick the one and cost that suits you such as overnight, or regular ground service which take about 4-7 business days depending upon location. Florida orders will take about 2-3 business days in most cases.

Expedited shipping option means that we will send your purchase within 24 hours of confirming your order (We usually call card holders for your protection.) or the next available scheduled shipping pick up. UPS does not normally pick up on Saturdays or Holidays, so orders placed and or confirmed on these days will be sent the next available shipping date in these cases if expedited shipping option is selected. Expedited shipping option does not in any way affect shipping time once the package leaves our hands and is determined by the shipping method (Ground, Next Day, etc.) you selected at checkout.

Insurance option (Insurance provided by our carrier.) carries a maximum value of the amount of purchase price of items lost in shipping. This insurance does not cover stolen items in cases where purchaser was not available at delivery address and package was left by our carrier at their discretion. Delivery confirmation determined by tracking info provided by our carrier and is the definitive determination of delivery..

    If you live in Florida or  are calling as a result of the Yellow Page ad please mention so when calling to place your order.  UPS Shipping addresses in many cities in Florida should receive their skates the next business day for the same price as regular ground shipping.  UPS and BeachInlineSkates.com cannot guarantee the Next Day delivery service, but  UPS usually does an excellent job in delivering the package by the next business day.  For further details, please call us at 1-877-699-5252

All orders being shipped to an address within the state of Florida will have 7% sales tax added.

You may also place your order by mail by printing your buy screen with the items you want, totaled with shipping and enclose a money order or cashier's check made payable to Benworth Inc.  You can mail your order to: Benworth Inc. 730 Lincoln Road Miami Beach, FL 33139.   Payment by money order or cashier's check will insure immediate shipment upon receipt.  If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will return your check/money order immediately.  Please include all necessary contact information including a day-time phone number.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States (Canadian friends click flag at top of page), Except for APO Military Addresses.  For Military addresses, shipping will not be reflected in your total when the order is placed, as UPS does not ship to APO addresses.  However, we will ship to APO addresses via the United States Postal Service.  The charge is $25 and it will be sent Priority, Insured.
